Recent news: Two people were killed when a small plane crashed in Hesperia. A homeless man is in critical condition after being stabbed at a homeless encampment in Hesperia. 

Arrested: Upland man arrested in Bullhead City, AZ on forgery, fraud charges. After 2 decades a man from Big Bear was arrested for murdering his wife who was missing since 2007 and finally identified by her remains in 2023. Police shootout leaves suspect wounded after officers find 2 victims shot at San Bernardino home. Two people hitting home-improvement stores across two Southern California counties made it as far as Upland before police arrested in the parking lot. Felon on probation in Johnson Valley arrested for alleged handgun possession. Fontana man arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. Suspect arrested following Hesperia residential robbery, police chase. Traffic stop led to drug bust in Big Bear, Hesperia ex-con jailed. Vehicle taken in Hesperia armed robbery leads to pursuit ending in Apple Valley. Two Sonic employees injured in Yucca Valley assault, alleged DHS student involved. Two arrested after checks allegedly forged from 86-year-old Apple Valley woman’s account. 22-year-old arrested after Victorville gang team recovers two handguns during search warrant.
